London Docklands Tower
43 Mitsubishi Electric water-cooled VRF systems at Baltimore Tower..
Rising to 450ft above Canary Wharf’s skyline and in our largest job to date at a value of over £2.7million, we have recently completed the installation of 43 no. Mitsubishi Electric water-cooled VRF type systems at Baltimore Tower. Carried out through RPM Services Ltd for Galliard Homes, we completed the installation of almost 900 indoor units, including the associated supply and return air grilles, ducts and plenums, to the Reception, all executive suites and 1-4 bedroom apartments from the Ground Floor through to Floor 43. The installation will be completed with the installation of independent LG air cooled mini VRF type systems in the 2 no. duplex Penthouses

The Chilterns is the ultimate for luxury living in the heart of London’s prestigious Marylebone. Working with the Axis Group for this £700,000 project, we supplied and installed 14 no. Daikin VRV-IV air cooled systems connected to 218 ceiling mounted ducted type units. The 44 apartments were designed to the highest technical specifications with the finest interiors from world-renowned designer Rabih Hage. This lead to unique issues and having to work very closely with all trades to ensure that the systems were installed to the designer’s very specific requirements.

50 Commercial Street
Panasonic VRF Systems
50 Commercial Street comprises of a Grade II listed five-storey building with additional mezzanine floor located centrally within Spitalfields on the eastern side of Commercial Street. Quality Air recently completed the project with a value of over £200,000 through VMEC Ltd carrying out the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of 5 no. Panasonic Heat Recovery VRF type Systems, connected to 46 no. indoor units, with a mixture of 4-Way Blow Cassettes, Wall Mounted and Floor Mounted type units, serving Open Plan Office areas individual Meeting Rooms and Kitchen ‘Break-Out’ areas. The M&E installation is exposed services throughout keeping to the buildings’ industrial roots and aesthetic.
Fulham Riverside

Riverstone Fulham is situated in the prime location on the north bank of the River Thames. Consisting of 4 blocks with a total of 161 Luxury Retirement Apartments and Amenities areas including, Restaurant, Bar, Library, Pool & Gym – Quality Air recently completed the project with a value of over £2.0million through Ark M&E carrying out the supply installation and commissioning of 22 no. Mitsubishi Electric Heat Pump VRF type Systems, connected to 331 no. ducted FCU’s serving the apartments and 8 no. Mitsubishi Electric Heat Recovery VRF ‘Hybrid’ systems, connected to 44 no. ducted type units.
Having now worked with Quality Air for over 15 years they are our go to AC specialist’s. All round first class service from estimating to install. New build or refurb nothing is problem. We would highly recommend these guys
